If for any reason you are having trouble accessing my website, please make sure you have updated your browsers and that you have a stable internet connection. This website has been made to work beautifully on desktop and mobile devices. However, if you are still having issues please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to help.
I need to contact you – what details shall I use?
If you have any questions, please contact me on firstname.lastname@example.org or feel free to give me a call on 07799053261. If I do not answer straight away please feel free to leave me a voicemail and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
What do you charge for delivery?
We have kept our delivery costs simple, as below. All our items are sent by a dedicated courier.
Standard Packaging (1 item): £2.95
Additional items: +30p
Postage Cap at: £4.15
When more than one item is purchased, the online shop will work out the best method of combined postage for you automatically.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to get your order to you within 2-3 working days of being dispatched. All orders are shipped from the UK.
Can I add an item or change my order after I have placed it?
Once you have received an order confirmation from us, your order will have been processed through the website and will no longer be possible to change. If you do wish to change your order once processed, please contact me via email and as long as I haven’t sent it out just yet I should be able to change it for you. Please note: I cannot guarantee changes to an order once it has been placed as it may be already processed.
I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
You should receive your purchase within three working days. If after this time frame you are still waiting, please feel free to drop me an email and I will look into this for you.
I have received my order but something is missing or damaged, what should I do?
If your item is missing, faulty, damaged or not as expected please send me an email with the following: some photos of the item/issue, your name, the name of the product which is at fault, and the issue. There is a 7 day period in which you will need to report a fault to me. We may be able to issue a refund/replacement without a return if I can assess this from the photos.
I do not like an item I have purchased, can I return it?
I have every confidence that you will love the items I have carefully chosen for this website. However, if you need to return an item for any reason, I would be happy to refund the cost of the product once I have received it, but will keep the postage cost originally paid for the item. You have a 7 day period in which to contact me for a return. Once I have received it, I will send you an email to let you know the money is on its way back to you.
